Refund & Cancellation Payments for custom web design and web development projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Wide Web Vision as outlined in our contracts and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client. Domain Transfers & Website Hosting Transfers We charge a nominal fee of $150 to transfer domains to other domain registers. This costing includes domain transfer of files. Print & Graphic Design Design costs paid to Wide Web Vision are non-refundable. Design & print costs paid to Wide Web Vision are refundable only if printing error is determined to be our fault. We are not liable for damages incurred due to printing and graphic errors or problems from our files if full specifications from your printer were not provided or were incorrect/inaccurate, or if you supply the wrong files to your printer. Design reviews are completed design works and are at all times signed off by the client before payment is received. Chargebacks If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. Interac Payment, Email Transfer Payment, PayPal Dispute or direct deposit) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $100 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. The Website will remain our property untill the agreed payment is made in full, this include but not limited to "Source code, Databse if any, hosting, Web Server Platform, Content Management System (CMS), Visual Design, Browser". If the agreed payment is made in full then the website source code become yours. How long will it take for my web site to be designed? The timescale of a website design project is often dictated by the client. If you have a deadline in mind we will endeavour to meet it for you. Will we need to have a meeting in connection with the website design? Unlike many of our competitors and (at least at the early stages of the design) we prefer to meet our clients face to face, in this way we can clearly understand what they have in mind, and what they actualy need, it is also our way to show our personal commitment and support Once my website design is completed -what aftersales service do you offer? We fully support any website we design and are always available should you encounter any problems or require any enhancements. Do I have to keep my website with you forever, or can I move it to another supplier to host it if I wish? You may move your website to another web hosting service at any time.
